At Progressive Lets we understand the importance of offering our clients options in term of price and management level. This is why we have a selection of management levels to cover every investors needs. The service levels vary from a tenant find only service through to a fully managed service with the option of rent protection for both, this offers complete peace of mind for our clients and ensures you receive your rent on a set day each month irrelevant of the tenant paying or not as well as offering full legal expense cover. We understand the important of guaranteeing our clients rental income as being a property investor is a business after all.

Often through no fault of their own, tenants personal circumstances can take a turn for the worse, affecting their ability to pay the rent. Rent Protection ensures the rent is covered and legal costs are met to take care of the eviction process.

Cover lasts for up to 6 or 12 months with Nil Excess.

So What's Included

  • Cover on the property - one fee, irrespective of the number of tenants
  • Flexibility - switch tenants without affecting the cover
  • Continued Payments - rent is paid until vacant possession is gained, regardless of when a claim is made during the Tenancy
  • Cover for up to £2,500 rent per month
  • The maximum rent payable per claim is £10,000 or the equivalent of 12 months rent - whichever is the lesser amount
  • In the event of a claim, solicitors can serve the Section 8 or 21 Notices
  • Up to £100,000 of Legal Expenses cover to gain vacant possession for non-payment of rent
